Glamverra operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Glamverra is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are a resident of Germany or the European Union and are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of adulthood in your country of residence).
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You warrant that all the information you provide in our store is correct, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, colors or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings.
Unlike US "as-is" rules, as a consumer in the EU, you are fully protected by statutory warranty rights (Mängelhaftung) under German and EU law. If a product you receive from our fulfillment center is defective, damaged, or does not match its description, you have the right to request a repair, a replacement, or a full refund in accordance with your legal consumer rights.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you click "Buy Now" or finalize your purchase at checkout, you are making a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. A formal purchase contract is concluded only when we send you a shipping confirmation email or dispatch the products from our facility.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if items are out of stock or in the event of clear pricing errors. If we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you immediately via the email address provided and issue an instant refund. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our 14-day Right of Withdrawal (Refund Policy).
SECTION 4 - PRICES, CURRENCY, AND VAT
All prices posted on our website are displayed in Euros (€). In compliance with German and EU laws, all listed product prices include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT / Umsatzsteuer).
Shipping and handling charges are not included in the individual product price but are clearly displayed before you finalize your order at checkout. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the exact price in effect at the time your order is placed.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information so that we can complete your transactions safely.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
We ship exclusively from our fulfillment facility in Germany to delivery addresses within Germany and select EU countries.

Domestic (Germany): Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

EU Zone: Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.
Under EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only when the package is physically delivered to you or your designated neighbor/drop-off point. We remain fully responsible for the package while it is in transit with the shipping carrier.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, designs, layout, images, and graphics are owned by Glamverra, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by European and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use our website for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or modifications of our media without prior written consent from us is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Glamverra is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online platform enabling us to sell our products to you. However, your sales contract is made directly and exclusively with Glamverra. Shopify is not a party to this transaction and is not responsible for any aspect of the sales contract or products procured through the Services.
SECTION 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party named by you) receive physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement sent to support@glamverra.com before the 14 days expire. For full details regarding return shipping costs and eligible items, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are fully liable for damages caused by willful intent or gross negligence by us, our employees, or our logistics handlers.
For mild negligence, we are only liable if we breach a core contractual duty (an obligation essential to fulfilling the order contract). In such cases, our liability is strictly limited to foreseeable, typical damages. These limitations of liability do not apply to injury to life, body, or health, or to claims under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER DISPUTES
These Terms of Service and any purchase contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your home country.
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) for consumers, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
